Intake & Documentation
We collect basic demographic, medical, and insurance information to begin the intake process. A team member will contact you to answer your questions, review next steps, and schedule a meeting to begin services. You will complete intake forms and submit required documents (insurance card, ID, diagnostic report, etc.).
Authorization Process Begins
3
We request authorization from your insurance provider for the initial ABA assessment. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct interviews, observe your child, and complete assessments. This is a collaborative process involving the behavior analyst, client, and family.
Treatment Plan Development
4
Based on assessment results, the BCBA develops an individualized treatment plan with measurable goals tailored to your child’s needs. We submit the plan to your insurance company for review and approval. Services begin once authorization is received.

Therapy Begins
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), under the supervision of the BCBA, begins providing one-to-one ABA therapy according to the approved treatment plan.
